Shipping and payment for goods

To ensure your dream underwear reaches you quickly and conveniently, we strive to offer the widest possible range of delivery and payment options. You can usually choose between delivery to your home or workplace or to a selected pick-up point. The fastest and most convenient payment method is online by card or quick online transfer via a payment gateway. If the delivery company allows, you also have the option to choose cash on delivery (usually payable by card, but this is not guaranteed). If a little waiting doesn't bother you, you can also pay by traditional bank transfer. Just keep in mind that it may take a while for the payment to be credited to our account, which will delay the shipment. When paying by online card, online transfer, or cash on delivery, we dispatch the shipment immediately without waiting. Orders placed by 12:00 on a working day are usually dispatched in the afternoon. You can generally expect the shipment the next working day.
