How does it all work?

Search for products from the order using the invoice number and your customer code. We have sent the invoice to the email provided in the order.

Select the products you want to exchange or return.

In case of an exchange, choose the appropriate color or size.

Choose the method by which you will send the goods to us.

Fill in the contact details where we can reach you regarding the exchange or return. If you are returning the goods, please provide the account number where we will refund your money.

Choose a delivery service that delivers to our address.

Pack the goods and do not forget to include a note with the invoice number (or write the invoice number visibly on the box), so we can identify your order.

In the order tracking, open the "Return / Exchange" form – select what you want for each item. Or just visit product exchange and return page directly. Send the package back to us according to the instructions in the form.

You have 14 days to return your package from the moment you receive it. You can find the procedure and address in the "Return / Exchange" form at product exchange and return page.

You have 30 days from the receipt of your package to exchange (for a different size, variant, or other products of the same or higher value). You can set everything up in the "Return / Exchange" form at product exchange and return page.

Fill out the complaint form at complaint page (or please click "Complaint" in your order tracking). Add a photo of the defect or missing item; we’ll get back to you with the next steps.

You may try on the underwear, but only over your own underwear or clothing. For hygiene reasons, worn underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. The item must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and hygiene protection elements in its original, undamaged packaging. If these conditions are not fulfilled, the seller reserves the right to reject the return or exchange.
